The warranty covers the work performed and the equipment (under the manufacturer's terms). If a fault caused by installation appears during the warranty period, we fix it free of charge.
Warranty terms and duration are set out in the contract.
Practical tips
- Keep the certificates and equipment data sheets — they are needed for warranty claims.
- Don't let other contractors touch the system during the warranty period.
- Sign a maintenance contract: regular servicing is often a condition of the warranty.
