A fire safety audit checks the site against regulatory requirements: the condition of alarm and suppression systems, escape routes, fireproofing of structures and documentation.
After the audit the client receives a list of non-conformities and an action plan — with priorities and an estimate of the work needed. Useful both for operating sites and before a building is commissioned.
