Gas fire suppression puts out a fire without damaging equipment and documents with water or powder. The extinguishing gas reduces the oxygen in the protected volume to a concentration at which combustion stops.
Such systems are used in server rooms, data centres, archives, museums and rooms with expensive equipment. Each design is individual — based on room volume, airtightness and the type of assets stored.
